About Me
My life experience has embodied a long and winding path, which has led me to a spiritual awakening. This has enabled me to develop into a lightworker and a energy healer. I'm blessed to be able to help people directly through several different avenues.
I have always had a creative soul. I studied fine art and art history in school. My other passion was horses. I rode and trained horses for many years from childhood until early adulthood. That experience has cultivated patience, discipline, understanding, empathy, compassion, and self-control.
I am a single mother of three amazing children who have deepened my understanding of love, acceptance, and leadership. I teach my children gratitude, kindness, and empathy. I also remind them that the people you meet in your life won't remember what you said but how you made them feel.
I believe that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others.
Education and Certifications
Reiki Master Teacher
Sandra Kochman has received the necessary attunements and knowledge of the Reiki natural system of healing and has demonstrated proficiency in administering intuitive in-person healing, intuitive distance healing, space clearing, and attunement of Reiki students, through the transmission of Universal life force energy, for both humans and horses.
Skidmore College BS in Fine Art
Professional Equestrian
Sandra Kochman graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Fine Art. The Fine Art major includes a triple concentration in sculpture, painting and printmaking, with a minor in Art History.
Sandra Kochman has been emersed in the horse world since childhood. She has experience as a professional dressage rider and trainer, and is introducing her children to this passion of hers.

General Information
In-person appointments are held at Centered in Commack, NY.

Distance Reiki healing is done through zoom. The client may sit or lie down comfortably during the session. The healing is just as effective through zoom as it is in-person.

Home Energy Clearing can be done in-person (depending on distance) or through zoom by providing the address and photos if possible.
​
Equine services are performed at the horse's location.
​
Payment is accepted as cash, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
