Sessions will be offered in two beautiful settings: ~ Sandra's private garden in Commack, NY ~ On the beach in Long Beach, NY Whether indoors, in a peaceful garden, or with your toes in the sand and the ocean breeze around you you, each session is thoughtfully designed to relax the nervous system, release tension, and restore your sense of peace and well-being. Simply arrive, lie down, and let the sound do the rest. No experience necessary.
