In the warmer months, Healing Long Island hosts intimate Crystal Bowl Sound Bath experiences in two serene outdoor settings: our garden sanctuary in Commack, NY, and the beach in Long Beach, NY. Whether surrounded by the calm of the garden, resting near the ocean breeze, or gathered indoors in the cooler months, each session is thoughtfully designed to help you release tension and restore your sense of peace and well-being. Simply arrive, lie down, and let the sound do the rest. No experience necessary. A session may support: ~ Deep relaxation and stress relief ~ Emotional release and inner calm ~ Mental clarity and renewed focus ~ A sense of peace, balance, and restoration Sessions are intimate, up to 10 guests, creating a warm, connected community experience. * Please note: Not recommended for individuals with epilepsy or metal implants such as a pacemaker.
