Something new is here. Healing Long Island has expanded to Long Beach, bringing Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) sessions to Bodylogic, right in the heart of town.
For those who have never met me, my name is Sandra Kochman, a Reiki Master Teacher who has spent years helping people on Long Island soften stress, release what they no longer need, and come back home to themselves. Nassau County clients no longer have to travel to Commack for that experience; it is now available right here.
A Space Built for Stillness
Bodylogic offers a warm, welcoming room, easy public parking, and a setting designed to help you exhale the moment you arrive. Whether you are new to energy healing or a longtime client looking for a closer option, this space was made to hold you.
Two Ways to Heal
Reiki and IET are both offered at this location, and while they work differently, they share the same goal, helping you feel like yourself again.
Reiki works with the body's energy centers through focused intention, easing physical tension and quieting a busy mind. It is often described as deeply calming, the kind of stillness that is hard to find anywhere else.
IET reaches a little deeper, gently working through stress and emotion that can settle in the body over time. It is a soft, guided way to release what has been sitting heavy, so you can move forward feeling lighter.
If you are not sure which is right for you, that is completely normal. We can talk it through together before your session; there is no wrong place to start.
